How I Brewed It
90C at first for 2 mins, second infusion at boiling for 3 mins.
4th day and we're off with a classic Earl Grey, it's alright.

It smells, tastes of Earl Grey, it's just EG, nothing different or special about this particular one. The leaves are of high quality though, thick and robust enough for 3 infusions.
For those who haven't tried EG before, think a smooth black tea with aromatic floral scent which also translate to the taste, along with a citrus-like taste from the bergamot used to give it flavour. It's a unique smell and taste you won't forget for sure.
