How I Brewed It
90C+ 3mins.
Not quite what I was expecting from an oolong, the leaves look like it's oxidized to black tea basically. Smells nice and somewhat floral but the taste is basically sweet with a hint of malt, it's highly similar to their muscatel tea in terms of sweetness. It's fine if you like the sweet profile but I was expecting a bit different for an oolong, you can honestly label this muscatel and people wouldn't even know.
