Alright, moving on to the Imperial Himalayan White Tea. This one was a pleasant surprise, it's actually good and enjoyable.

The dry leaves themselves had only a slight vegetal smell, but they looked and felt soft and quite large, lots of those silvery buds you expect in white tea. Seemed like decent quality stuff.

Brewing it was surprisingly forgiving. I found you don't need to be super precise with temperature or time, which is handy. Plus, the leaves held up well for about 3 infusions.

But the best part was the taste. It's incredibly gentle and smooth. There's a unique sweetness to it that makes it really easy to drink (easy drinking tag!) no bitterness or harshness at all. It's just pleasant and refreshing. I ended up sipping on this all day and pretty much used up all the 10g.

Definitely a standout from the sampler so far. If you like delicate, naturally sweet teas, this one is worth checking out.
