šŸŖ Where I Got It

Flavour Profile

How I Brewed It

80C for 1-3 mins.

From my original Amazon review:

I've decided to give this 5 stars because, for the price, I genuinely can't find any faults with it.

The quality of the loose leaves is high. You can see a good mix of buds and whole leaves in the bag, not a lot of dust or broken pieces. They easily stand up to multiple infusions, I’m getting three decent cups from one serving.

The aroma is nice and floral when dry, but it really opens up once you brew it. It's a very clear and pleasant honeysuckle scent, it's genuinely a delight.

Brewing at 80C for 1-3 mins as suggested, the flavour is exactly what you'd look for: floral and a little malty with a natural sweet undertone, it's very smooth with no bitterness.

For £10 for 100g, this is excellent. It's a solid, high-quality example of a White Peony tea. Highly recommends if you want something gentle and floral.
