My Experience

First off, this meal does an excellent job with its fish sauce. It's prominent, strong, and delivers that unique savoury umami you want from an authentic Thai curry. The sauce itself is built on a much richer, creamier base.

I had this with plain white Thai rice, the curry has the usual quality M&S ingredients. The whole spices used in the sauce were a nice touch and made a noticeable difference when you bit into them.

Nutritionally, it is on the higher side for saturated fat and salt, which is expected given the coconut milk base and the generous use of fish sauce. However, in this case, the trade-off feels completely justified because the meal actually tastes good and flavourful. Solid 4 stars.
