M&S High Protein Buffalo Chicken

My Experience

I was over at a friend's house and 'confiscated' some of their M&S meals. Usually, I find M&S ready meals are barely an improvement in taste compared to cheaper brands, but this one was a surprise. It was quite good in both nutrition and flavour.

The sauce was a great mix of savoury and spiciness. The meat, as usual from M&S, was tender and high quality. The sweet potato didn't distract; its light sweetness complemented the sauce, and the beans were a nice addition for extra protein. I didn't really care for the brown rice, but it was cooked well enough that it didn't detract from the rest of the meal.

It has great macros and gets you two of your five a day. The salt is a bit high, but still lower than many other options. It's an ultra-processed food at the end of the day, but it's one of the best you can get.
