Next up is the Meat Feast Pasta. This one comes in a 400g pack, making it a bit smaller than the Katsu Curry, but it still delivers on the nutritional front. At 445 calories, it still packs 32g of protein and counts as two of your five-a-day, which is great. It is a little fattier at 11g per pack, but the high protein content makes it a worthy trade-off.

The sauce here is better done although it's hard to mess up a classic spiced tomato sauce, and this one is flavourful as you would expect. As the box says, it's a true "meat feast" with chicken breast, minced beef, and pepperoni, and the saltiness from the meats balances the tomato base nicely. The red and green peppers add a good mix of textures and flavours to the dish.

My only real complaint is that there isn't actually enough sauce. You can see from the cooked product that it's just enough to coat the ingredients, leaving the dish a little dry overall. If they just added a bit more sauce, it would elevate the meal significantly.
